how well do liquid colors blend?
« on: June 15, 2016, 11:55:41 am »
If i have yellow and red liquids joining together will they become orange color?

does this depend if the liquids collide with each other or ignore collision which causes overlap? but then the total liquid volume won't be both liquids combined.
Maybe i can have particle collisions and then generate 2 orange particles for every red/yellow particle collision to make up for missing liquid volume?

I want to make a Mixology app using the fluid physics this plugin provides.

If i pour a red liquid into a cup and a yellow liquid afterwards will there be at least some kind of color blending?

in the example video i sort of see color blending but maybe its more like a color can temporarily dissapear based on fluid motion but the other colors don't seem to change color.
