Dynamically deleting colliders from the scene

A super-easy task. I have a 10 by 10 grid of cubes, each with Box Colliders. I'm deleting those cubes in playmode and I want my liquids to behave accordingly. What happens instead is that the cubes disappear but the liquids still 'think' there is a collider. What should I do?
